Kajima Community manages the facilities at Caroline Chisholm School for 'community use' outside of school hours. Our Leisure Supervisors and our Leisure Attendants work varied shifts in the evenings from Monday to Friday and throughout the weekends.
Due to our operating hours, our opportunities might be suitable for students or those working a 9-5 who are looking to earn extra income.
Community Lettings Leisure Attendants & Supervisors:
Duties include:
• Meeting and greeting community users, signing hirers in and out of the facility.
• Setting up rooms for activities by ensuring all equipment is set out and put away properly before and after each booking.
• Tidying up facility spaces before and after bookings which will include cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, toilet cleaning and litter picking.
• Monitoring of the car park.
• Maintaining the security of the community facilities by ensuring that all entrances and exits remain secure and that access to the facilities is only granted to members and guests of the hiring club or group.
• Providing high levels of customer care for all hirers/users and being a point of contact for any queries or concerns community users may have.
Leisure Supervisors will also be responsible for:
• Other members of Kajima staff working on site and ensuring their work is of a high standard.
• The vacation of the premises at the end of the community lettings period, ensuring all lights are switched off, doors and windows are locked and alarms are set.
• Ensuring that the cleanliness of buildings and the exterior grounds is carried out in accordance with Kajima's high standards.
• Other duties of either post holder may be reasonably required.
